In a high-powered blender or food processor, combine the sage leaves, potatoes, chicken broth, and leek

Place the mixture in a microwave-safe bowl with a lid, and cook on high for 10 minutes, or until the potato is tender

Let it cool slightly, then blend until smooth

Season to taste with salt and paprika, and serve hot
