Melt the butter in a medium saucepan and lightly brown the garlic
Be careful not to burn it
Add half of the milk and let it simmer
Dissolve the eggs and flour in the remaining milk and add it to the saucepan
Season with salt and cook on low heat for 20 minutes, approximately
Add the chopped fresh herbs, stir, and turn off the heat
Let it rest covered with a lid for 3 minutes
Serve immediately, garnished with cooked carrot or cherry tomato.
