1 cup of whole wheat flour
'14 teaspoon of salt
1/4 cup of oil
3 tablespoons of cold water

Preheat the oven to a moderate temperature (170°F)
Place the flour and salt in a 9-inch tart pan
Mix well
In a separate bowl, pour in the oil
Add the water and mix well with a fork
Gradually add the liquid to the flour, mixing until you get a smooth batter
Spread the batter evenly across the inside of the tart pan
Poke the bottom of the crust in several places with a fork
Bake in a moderate temperature (170°F) for 20-25 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown
If the recipe makes a pre-baked tart, bake it until it's golden brown
Note: Use this dough for both the guava tart (previous recipe) and other fillings of your preference.
