In a large pot, combine the olive oil, pork, garlic, thyme, salt, and black pepper
Bring to high heat, stirring occasionally, until the pork is golden brown
Dissolve the tomato extract in water, then add it to the pot and let simmer
Add the broccoli, cover, and cook for about 5 minutes
Add the gnocchi and cook for an additional 10 minutes or until al dente
Transfer to a serving bowl and serve.
