Finely chop the onions and add them to melted butter, cooking until they're caramelized
Place the beef broth in a terra cotta bowl
Add the onion mixture and season to taste
Put it in a hot oven for 30 minutes
Serve in individual cups, adding a slice of toasted bread with Parmesan cheese to each one
Quickly put it in the oven for 1 minute before serving
