In a large pot, cook the flower broom florets in the milk over high heat until tender (about 15 minutes)
Transfer to a blender and blend until smooth
Return to the pot and add the fubá gradually, stirring always
Simmer over medium heat and stir until thickened
Add the butter, salt, and nutmeg, and mix well
Transfer to a serving bowl and serve immediately
