Wrap the onions in aluminum foil
During the last 20 minutes of pork roasting, place the onions in a roasting pan and roast for 20 minutes
Remove the pork from the oven and reserve it
Place four tablespoons (or 3 teaspoons) of hot water in the roasting pan and scrape off all the crust that has formed at the bottom of the pan with a spatula
Simmer and transfer to a pot
Dissolve the wheat flour in the remaining liquid and mix with the cooked sauce
Unwrap the onions, combine with the sauce
Cook for approximately 20 minutes and serve the onion alongside the pork.
