1 can of tomato sauce
4 slices of smoked bacon, diced
2 cloves of garlic
1 cup of fresh or canned cream
1 tablespoon of sweet paprika

8 pre-made vol au vents

Blend the tomato sauce in a blender
Fry the bacon and garlic until crispy
Add the tomato sauce and cream, whisking well
Heat through
Mix the chicken with flour and paprika
Add to the sauce, stir well, and cook until thickened
Remove from heat
Bake the vol au vents in the oven
Fill with the chicken mixture and serve as an appetizer or snack
