Preheat the oven to a very hot temperature (220°C)
Melt the butter in a small saucepan
Season the chicken with salt and black pepper
Place it in a baking dish and drizzle with half the melted butter
Grill until golden brown, for about 30 minutes
Transfer the chicken breasts to a serving platter and keep warm in the oven
Pour the lemon juice and remaining butter into the baking dish
Scrape the bottom with a wooden spoon
Add the parsley and water, season with salt and black pepper to taste
Serve hot, garnished with the sauce obtained, and serve immediately
