Heat the olive oil in a pan
Acrescento the onion, the pork, the black pepper, the cinnamon, and the soy sauce
Cook until the pork is well done and loose

Add the all-purpose flour and cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly
Season with salt, remove from heat, and add the green onion

Distribute two tablespoons of filling next to a smaller edge of each lasagna leaf and roll them up tightly, compressing well
Assemble the rolls in a container, cover, and refrigerate overnight to firm up

Beat the eggs lightly
Mix in the yeast and flour

Heat the breadcrumbs in a pan
Dip a roll into the egg mixture and fry immediately until golden brown
Drain on paper towels
Repeat with the remaining rolls

Combine the ingredients in a pan and heat, stirring, for 3 minutes or until boiling
Serve with the pork roll cakes still warm.
