2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 medium carrot, chopped
1/2 cup of finely chopped onion
1 flower of broccoli, minus the florets
1 liter of water
100 grams of macaroni for soup
1 tablespoon of dried parsley
2 tablespoons of grated cheese
Black pepper to taste
Salt to taste
2 tablespoons of olive oil

Sauté the carrot and onion in olive oil with a pinch of salt until they're soft
Add the broccoli flower and water
Cover the pot and cook for 5 minutes
Add the macaroni and parsley
Maintain low heat until it's cooked through
When serving, sprinkle each portion with grated cheese and black pepper.
