Juice of 3 oranges
Juice of 2 tangerines
Juice of 1 Sicilian lime
150 ml of sparkling white wine (Prosecco)
Honey and mint leaves to taste
4 peeled passionfruit cut into chunks
2 kiwis cut into cubes
1 pineapple chunked
2 melon balls
10 apricot slices
One sweet grape
White seedless raisins
Orange zest
Peel of 2 oranges
Juice of 3 oranges
Juice of 2 tangerines

In a bowl, mix the fruit juices with Prosecco and honey
Stir until dissolved
Add all other ingredients and refrigerate for at least one hour
Place the soup in bowls or a transparent container to highlight the colors
It can be served with ice cream (based on water).
