5 oranges
4 cups of water
1/2 cup of sugar
1 tablespoon of cornstarch
2 tablespoons of cream whipped

2 tablespoons of cream whipped
Squeeze the juice from 3 of the oranges
Mix in the water and sugar
Heat until it almost boils
Mix in the cornstarch and water to get a smooth paste
Add slowly to the hot liquid
Cook until slightly thickened and transparent
Add orange juice
Refrigerate
Remove skin and cut remaining oranges, add to soup before serving
Serve with whipped cream
Yield 4 servings.
