1/2 pound chicken breast
1 cup (supper) olive oil
Onion, garlic, and salt to taste
1 zucchini cut into pieces
2 cups (chicken) abalone in cubes
3 yams (or sweet potato)
1 handful of spinach or chard
1 1/2 liters of chicken broth

In a pot, sauté the chicken with olive oil, onion, and garlic until golden brown
Add all other ingredients and cook until legumes are tender
Let it cool slightly, separate the chicken, shred, and reserve
Blend the soup with legumes in a blender
Mix everything and serve.
