1/2 cup of white beans
1/2 cup of elbow macaroni
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1 tablespoon of chopped fresh cilantro
250g of peeled and cubed pork loin
100g of chopped green beans
2.5 liters of water
2 sliced bell peppers
2 medium-sized diced carrots
1 chopped onion
Salt to taste

In a large pot, sauté the onion with olive oil
Add the carrot, pork loin, white beans, cilantro, salt, and water
Bring to a boil
Let it simmer for about 40 minutes and add the green beans, bell peppers, and elbow macaroni
Continue to cook for another 20 minutes
Remove from heat and let it rest before serving
Just before serving, garnish with Parmesan cheese.
