1 smoked turkey breast, cut into 1 cm cubes (650 g)
2 cups of green grapes, seeded (180 g)
3 cups of honeydew melon, cut into 1 cm cubes (300 g)
4 tablespoons of salt, cut into small pieces (160 g)
6 stalks of green scallions, cut into fine slices

For the dressing:
1/2 cup of mayonnaise
1/3 cup of plain yogurt
1/3 cup of heavy cream mixed with
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
1 teaspoon of curry powder
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1 pinch of black pepper
1 cup of toasted almonds, skin removed and cut into strips (100 g)

Line a salad bowl with the lettuce leaves and reserve
In a large bowl, slowly mix together all the remaining salad ingredients. Reserve
Prepare the dressing: in a medium bowl, mix well all the ingredients with a hand mixer
Slowly pour the dressing over the salad
Arrange it on top of the lettuce leaves in the reserved salad bowl
Sprinkle with almonds and serve at room temperature.
