Season the ground beef with onion, tomato, parsley, scallion, garlic, tomato extract, and bell pepper
Fry it in a pan with butter for about 10 minutes
Grate the corn and add it to the water with the grated corn and scrape well
Mix this water with the grated corn
Purify it through a sieve and add the liquid obtained to the pan with the beef
Cook until it's boiling well and the cream is cooked
Taste and season with salt
Add heavy cream
Mix and serve
If the cream is too thick, add a little more water
