In a pot, mix the tomato puree, water, milk, paprika, cumin, and salt to taste
Bring to a simmer and let it boil
Cover and cook slowly for about 5 minutes
Serve in bowls, add 1 tablespoon of yogurt to each bowl, and sprinkle with parsley
