In a pan, sauté the garlic and onion in oil
Add the tomato and cook at high heat for five minutes
Add the chicken bouillon and bring to a boil
Season with black pepper and salt to taste
Blend everything in a blender
Just before serving, sprinkle chopped parsley and cilantro on top.
