1 can of grapefruit in syrup
1 cinnamon stick
1 clove
1/2 cup of freshly squeezed grapefruit juice
2/3 cup of rum

Combine all ingredients and blend in a blender, stirring and unstirring the appliance until you get a creamy soup
Transfer to a bowl, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 4 hours
When chilled, serve in bowls.
