Cook the potatoes and onion in the seasoned water for about 25 minutes or until the vegetables are tender
Strain the vegetables through a sieve and place the puree in a saucepan
Let it simmer
Add chopped agrião leaves and cook the mixture for an additional 15 minutes
Strain again and let it drain
Add cream until you reach the desired consistency
Chill in the refrigerator
Serve garnished with chopped agrião, making 6 servings.
