1 can of canned chicken
2 tablespoons of olive oil
2 tablespoons of vinegar
1 small minced garlic clove
salt and black pepper to taste
3 green onions chopped
8 leaves of lettuce
3 slices of 1 cm thick salami (preferably ham) cut into strips
1 slice of 1 cm thick provolone cheese cut into strips
1 hard-boiled egg

Mix the canned chicken with olive oil, vinegar, garlic, salt, and pepper, and let it rest for 1 hour or prepare it in the morning before going to work
Add the green onions
Arrange the lettuce leaves on a plate and place the canned chicken in the middle
Place the salami, cheese, and slices of hard-boiled egg around the canned chicken
Serve 2 times.
