Boil the potatoes in salted water until they're tender
Drain and squeeze out excess moisture
In a large bowl, combine the flour, potatoes, and mix until smooth
Lightly dust a surface with flour and roll out the dough to a 30 cm circle
Cut the dough into 6 cm diameter circles using a glass or biscuit cutter
Transfer the circles to a clean cloth
Combine the remaining dough, open it up, and cut new circles
Heat vegetable oil in a pan and fry the potato rounds until they're golden brown
Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels
Sprinkle with salt and serve
