1 hard-boiled egg, diced
1/2 cup of raisins
2 to 3 cups of yogurt
1/2 cup of heavy cream
6 ice cubes
1 cucumber, diced
1/4 cup of chopped fresh cilantro
2 tablespoons of salt
1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
1 cup of cold water
1 tablespoon of chopped fresh parsley
1 tablespoon of chopped fresh dill or 1/2 teaspoon of dried dill

Soak the raisins in cold water for 5 minutes
Place the yogurt in a large bowl
Add the heavy cream, diced egg, ice cubes, cucumber, cilantro, salt, and black pepper
Remove the raisins from the cold water and add them to the yogurt mixture
Add 1 cup of cold water and stir well
Refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours
When serving, garnish with parsley and dill.
