3 or 4 medium-sized cucumbers, peeled, seeded, and grated on a coarse grater (1 1/2 cups)
1 cup of natural yogurt 250g
1 tablespoon of chopped green onion
1 teaspoon of salt
1/4 cup of chopped fresh cilantro
1 pinch of black pepper
To garnish:
thin slices of cucumber
cilantro sprigs
3 or 4 medium-sized cucumbers, peeled, seeded, and grated on a coarse grater (1 1/2 cups)
1 cup of natural yogurt 250g
1 tablespoon of chopped green onion

To garnish:

Combine all the ingredients (except for the garnishes) in a bowl and refrigerate for 4 hours
Mix only when serving
Serve chilled and garnish with thin slices of cucumber and cilantro
Serves 8-10.
