6 medium cucumbers

Peel the cucumbers and cut them in half lengthwise
Remove the seeds and coarsely chop
In a pot, combine the cucumber and broth
Bring to a boil and simmer for 15 minutes or until the cucumbers are tender
Blend until smooth
Add the orange juice and adjust seasoning
Chill in the refrigerator
Serve cold, in small bowls, with a sprinkle of chopped parsley on top
