7 large ripe peaches (1 kg)

In a large pot, bring 4 liters of water to a boil over high heat
Add the peaches and wait for the skin to start releasing
Drain, transfer to a medium bowl, and cover with cold water
In another medium bowl, reserve the orange juice
Remove the peach skins, pulling them off with your fingers, cut them in half, and remove the pits
Soak the fruit without peels in reserved orange juice and blend in a blender until smooth
Add orange juice, yogurt, and honey, and mix well
Pour the soup into the bowl with orange juice, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 1 hour
Serve immediately, in six shallow bowls decorated with strawberries and orange rings
