1 pinch salt
some drops of hot pepper sauce
2 sausage slices, cut into rounds

Combine the snap peas with the liquid from the can and the cream
Pour into a blender cup
Add the onion, butter or margarine, salt, and hot pepper sauce
Blend until smooth
Serve directly in soup bowls and garnish with heated sausage slices, 3 times.
