65g of lean ham, cooked
2 slices of prato cheese (40g)

Toast a slice of bread lightly on both sides
Cover with half the pear; then cover with the cheese and ham
You can also place the pear as the final layer
Place in a hot oven, preheated, for about 5 minutes
You can vary using thin slices of raw or cooked pork without cooking.
