2 slices of light bread
3/4 cup (chopped) of mashed ricotta cheese
1 cup (chopped) of rucola leaves
3 slices of Peruvian prosciutto
2 dried tomatoes
1 pinch of salt to taste

Pour hot water quickly over the rucola and place it in a blender with the ricotta and dried tomato
Blend until forming a paste
Season with salt
Assemble the sandwich with one slice of bread, some of the paste, and Peruvian prosciutto
Apply the remaining paste to the other slice of bread and close the sandwich
Place on a plate and garnish with rucola leaves.
