1/2 kg of cabbage

Clean the cabbage and remove the tougher part
Cut into thin strips
Fry the bacon until crispy
Remove the bacon with a skimmer
Add the caraway seed to the fatty residue left in the pan and let it brown
Add the cabbage and cook, adding water as needed, until the cabbage is cooked through
Season with salt, black pepper to taste, and add the crispy bacon.
