In a bowl, mix the lemon juice, water, sugar, and Porto wine until the sugar dissolves

Place in a mold, cover, and refrigerate overnight

Blend the mixture in a blender to obtain a clear cream

Return to the mold, cover, and let it set firmly in the freezer.
