Mix the black plum pulp with sugar, water, and brandy in a small saucepan
Heat over low heat, bring to a simmer, and cook for 10 minutes or until slightly thickened
Let it cool
Whipped cream
In a mixer, beat the heavy cream until stiff peaks form
Add sugar and beat again until stiff peaks form
Assembly
Alternate layers of sorbet, black plum sauce, and whipped cream in each glass
Decorate with chopped nuts.
