1/2 cup jaboticaba gelato
1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 cup heavy cream

Beat the egg whites with the salt until they become firm
Add the jaboticaba gelato to the mixture, beating constantly
Add the lemon juice
Beat the heavy cream (not too stiff)
Combine the egg white and gelato mixtures
Place in the freezer tray and let it freeze without stirring for 2-3 hours or until it becomes firm
Serve in 6 portions.
