4 cups of strong coffee, hot
2/3 cup of granulated sugar
1 tablespoon of vanilla extract

Soak the gelatin in cold water to soften
Pour the hot coffee over the gelatin and stir to dissolve
Add the sugar and stir again
Then add the vanilla extract
Pour into a moistened mold with cold water and refrigerate until firm
Unmold and serve with whipped cream
