11/2 cup of water
1/2 cup of sugar
8 ripe pears, peeled, cored, and cut into pieces
11/2 envelope of unflavored gelatin (18 g)

4 cups of milk
1/2 cup of sugar
1/2 cup of orange juice
1/2 envelope of unflavored gelatin (24 g)

Gelatin of Pear

Gelatin of Pear
Soak the mold with oil and reserve
In a saucepan, cook the pears with 1 cup of water and sugar until they're tender
Mix well in a blender
Gelatin of Orange
Mix the milk, sugar, and orange juice together
Heat the mixture over low heat, stirring constantly, until the gelatin dissolves
Add the gelatin to the pear mixture and mix well
Let it cool at room temperature
Mold half of the orange gelatin in a small mold, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate until firm
Remove from the refrigerator, place the pear gelatin on top, and let it chill again
Repeat the process for the remaining orange gelatin and let it set
Unmold.
