Preheat the oven to moderate temperature (180°C)
Grease and flour a 12x25 cm English cake pan
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl
Beat with an electric mixer at low speed for 30 seconds, scraping the sides of the bowl frequently
Increase the mixer speed and beat for another 3 minutes
Remove 1/2 cup of the mixture and place it in a small bowl
Add the powdered chocolate and mix until well combined
Place the white mixture into the cake pan
Spread the chocolate mixture on top, making circular motions with a spatula to create a marbled design
Bake in a preheated oven for about 60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean
Let it cool for 12 hours.
