Place the chocolate and water in a pan and cook over low heat, stirring constantly for 2 minutes or until the chocolate has melted
Remove from heat; slowly add the Karo and salt
Bring to a simmer again and cook over low heat for 10 minutes, stirring frequently
Add the vanilla
Make this sauce first, as it can be reheated later.
