Remove the goiaba skins
Separate the pulp from the seeds and set them aside
Sprinkle gelatin powder over the water and let it hydrate for 3 minutes
Heat over low heat, stirring until completely dissolved

In a blender, combine the dissolved gelatin, pulp, sugar, lime peel, and yogurt, blending well
Pour the mixture into the pudding mold and refrigerate until firm

Strain the reserved seeds through a fine-mesh sieve
To the obtained juice add water and sugar, stirring
Boil for 1 minute, stirring
Retire from heat and let it cool
Unmold the dessert and serve with spoonfuls of the jelly-like mixture.
