Ingredients: 1 1/4 cup of sugar; 2 tablespoons of grated tangerine zest; 1/2 cup of tangerine juice; 2 tablespoons of lemon juice; 2 cups of heavy cream; 2 to 3 drops of yellow food coloring (optional)

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and whisk until sugar is dissolved

Place the mixture on an ice bath and let it freeze at the edges

Remove and place the mixture in a bowl

Beat with a wooden spoon until creamy

Place the mixture back on the ice bath and let it set firm

Yield: 3/4 liter.
