Combine all ingredients in a bowl and whisk until sugar is dissolved
Place the mixture on an ice bath and let it freeze at the edges
Remove and place the mixture in a bowl
Beat with a wooden spoon until creamy
Place the mixture back on the ice bath and let it set firm
Yield: 3/4 liter.
