4 tablespoons of lime juice
1 brick of ice cream or whipped cream

Pit the avocado and mash it with a fork
Immediately combine it with the sugar and lime juice, to prevent it from browning
Mix in the slightly softened sorbet or whipped cream, stirring well until everything is fully incorporated
Place it in the freezer and let it freeze until it's almost solid
Be careful: remember not to let it become too hard
Serve 6 portions.
