1 cup (chopped) of pecan
300g of white chocolate for coating

1 Wash and dry the strawberries. Reserve
Place enough water in a pressure cooker to cover the can of sweetened condensed milk
Seal the pressure cooker and cook for 40 minutes after the initial pressurization
Turn off the heat, let the pressure release, remove the can from the pressure cooker and let it cool completely before opening
2 In a bowl mix together the sweetened condensed milk and pecan
Wrap each strawberry with the mixture to form a ball
Let it freeze
3 Melt the white chocolate according to the packaging instructions
Remove the frozen balls, dip in the melted chocolate and place on parchment paper to set
Serve immediately.
