1 envelope of unflavored white gelatin
1/2 cup of sugar
2 cups of natural yogurt (400g)

1 In a saucepan, combine the water, cider mint, and gelatin
Bring to a simmer until the gelatin dissolves
Blend in a blender with the sugar and yogurt
2 Transfer to a container and refrigerate overnight
Blend again and serve.
