Bring to a simmer over low heat, whisking constantly for five minutes
Remove from heat, add vanilla and whipped cream, whisk until combined, and reserve
Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form, then fold into chilled cream mixture
Pour into a moistened refrigerator and freeze for one hour
Chocolate Ice Cream

Bring whole milk, chocolate, condensed milk, and eggs to a simmer over low heat
Whisk constantly until thickened
Transfer to blender, add whipped cream, and blend well
Reserve, beat egg whites until stiff peaks form, then fold into chilled cream mixture
Pour over creamy ice cream and freeze for another hour

Combine softened fruits and blend gently
