Milk: Combine the ingredients and let it chill in the refrigerator for 20 minutes
Roll out the milk dough and shape into individual molds
Cover the dough with raw beans and bake in a medium oven for 20 minutes
Bake for another 10 minutes, then remove from the oven and let cool
Stuffing: Blend the cooked figs with the liquor and spread on the cold milk dough. Reserve
Beat the egg whites until frothy and add sugar
Continue beating until stiff peaks form
Plop a spoonful of meringue over the figs and return to the warmed oven to brown.
