1 cup of orange juice

6 tablespoons of raspberry puree passed through a sieve
1 small yellow melon cut into very thin slices
1 Prince melon cut into very thin slices

Prepare the sorbet: mix the orange juice, water, and raspberry puree
Place it in a refrigerator and let it freeze until firm (at least 4 hours)
Before serving, remove from the freezer and let it sit for about 10 minutes
Blend in a processor or scrape with a spoon
Arrange the melon slices into flower shapes on individual plates and place the sorbet in the center
Decorate with 6 raspberries
Note: To get very thin slices of melon, use a vegetable cutter.
