3 cups of low-fat plain yogurt (200g each)
2 tablespoons of vanilla extract
Grated lemon zest
Add to taste

Combine the yogurt, vanilla extract, lemon zest, and add-ins in a bowl and mix well
Cover with plastic wrap and place in the freezer until the popsicles start to set
Remove and blend in a blender for a few minutes
Return to the freezer for another 2 hours and repeat the process
Serve immediately.
