Beat the egg whites until fluffy
Add the sugar gradually, beating continuously until stiff peaks form
Mix the Karo syrup with the lemon juice and slowly add to the egg mixture, beating continuously
Add the milk without stopping to beat
Pour into a glass dish and place in the freezer until almost firm
Remove from the freezer and place in the stand mixer bowl
Beat until smooth and creamy
Pour back into the glass dish and place in the freezer until firm
Remove from the freezer with 15 minutes' notice before serving, and serve.
