Peel and dice the pineapples, then add them to a blender with the milk
Beat the egg whites until frothy, then slowly add the sugar and beat until stiff
Pour the pineapple mixture over the egg whites and mix quickly
Taste and adjust as needed
If the sorbet is too sweet, add more sugar
Pour into an ice cream maker and freeze according to manufacturer's instructions
