Mash the strawberries in a little water
When you obtain 1 cup of strawberry puree, combine it with 1/2 cup of sugar, dissolved gelatin, and strawberry juice in 2 cups of hot water
Place it in the refrigerator

Gelatin can be replaced by 2 egg whites beaten to a snow-like consistency.
